Cash Flow by EireneOS
A local-first financial visibility and payment-review workspace. Understand what cash you have, what must be protected, what is coming due and how known obligations may affect the months ahead.
Deterministic, rules-based views · Review before acting
What cash is visible?
What should remain protected?
What is actually usable?
What payments are coming?
What still needs verification?
What may happen over 3 / 6 / 12 months?
How it started
Born from real-world use. Before Cash Flow became software, personal finances were tracked manually in Excel—accounts, income, expenses, cards, loans and upcoming payments reviewed line by line.
That worked, but it exposed a bigger problem: recording what happened does not automatically tell you what is genuinely available, what is already committed, what should remain protected, or what needs attention next. Cash Flow grew from that workflow.
That spreadsheet connection remains. Excel snapshot import is supported through a defined template, with validation, preview and warnings. It does not automatically understand arbitrary spreadsheets.
Manual spreadsheet records captured what happened.
Balances became structured into visible, protected and usable planning cash.
Obligations, fixed-outflow trajectories and 3, 6 and 12-month forecasts show what may happen next.
Verification signals, payment status and Priority Plan create a clearer review workflow.
How Cash Flow works
Add cash accounts, expected income, cards, fixed loans, BNPL / PayLater, personal IOUs and obligations.
Record payments locally, including partial payments, reversals with audit history and current-cycle balance refreshes.
View known and expected cash movement across deterministic 3, 6 and 12-month forecast horizons.
Uncertain, pending or potentially double-counted items stay visible for review instead of being silently treated as fact.
Review current payment pressure and progress through clear, rules-based categories.
Cash Flow product concepts
Cash Flow deliberately separates these planning concepts. They are product definitions, not universal accounting definitions.
What this looks like in real life
Meet Alex, a fictional 40-year-old working adult with savings, two credit cards and a personal loan. The example shows why Cash Flow separates what is visible from what is protected, usable for planning and already committed.

Cash Flow view
This is an illustrative planning view, not a recommendation to spend the remaining amount.
Current statement due in the example period.
Separate card timing remains visible rather than being blended into cash automatically.
Against a fictional S$12,600 outstanding personal / renovation loan.
Known monthly commitment.
S$580 household, utilities and telecom plus S$600 family contribution.
Other known obligations selected for the next 30 days.
Available forecast horizons
Choose the horizon that fits the review
Sample profile only. Alex is fictional. The horizon labels show the forecast views available in Cash Flow without presenting invented projected balances for this example.
Deterministic forecast
Forecast combines current tracked cash with known or selected future cash-in and cash-out. Switch between 3, 6 and 12-month views, while fixed-outflow trajectories and Cashflow Bridge show how commitments connect today with the months ahead.
Detailed review can expose starting visible cash, known cash-in and cash-out, funding-impact classifications, projected visible and usable planning cash, low points and review warnings. The results are deterministic estimates from the records supplied—not predictions or advice.
Verify First
Some financial records are incomplete, pending or ambiguous. Cash Flow is designed to surface those cases for review rather than silently guessing.
Priority Plan
Priority Plan groups current payment-review items into states such as Pay Now, Verify First, Scheduled, Part-paid and Resolved. The unified Payments workspace records single or partial payments, bank-to-card settlements, execution evidence and deterministic reversals with audit history.
Important: These labels organise review. They are not personalised financial advice or definitive affordability decisions.
Cashflow Bridge
Cashflow Bridge connects the current cash position, upcoming obligations, pay-cycle timing and short-term cash pressure in one review-oriented view.
Meet Eira
Cashflow calculates. Eira observes, explains, routes and prepares. You decide and execute.
Eira uses Cash Flow’s canonical results rather than becoming a second calculation engine. Setup Guide, Today Review, Contextual Help, Verification Guide and Explain This help you understand the current screen and the information already in your workspace.
A review workspace, not a feature gate
Review cash, obligations, payment timing and items that need verification without exposing every supporting detail at once.
Open deeper source, validation, confidence and audit detail while working from the same underlying records and results.
No implemented paid split is advertised. Future commercial tiers may evolve, but current 3, 6 and 12-month Forecast views are presented as current product capability rather than promised paid access.
Current local-first architecture
Cash Flow currently stores its working data locally in your browser/device for the specific site origin. You can create a local JSON backup and restore it later.
Backup and restore use local JSON files. Imports support the defined Excel snapshot template and supported official text-PDF statements, with validation, confidence, preview and warnings before records are accepted.
Local-first does not mean “zero risk” or make an absolute privacy guarantee. Keep your own backups and protect access to your device.
Review before acting
Open the public application to organise your own local data, or revisit how the workflow and current review workflow works first.
Cash Flow organises records and provides rules-based estimates for review. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, debt, investment or other regulated advice. Review before acting.
